Hi, I'm Jenna! Your food-loving, diet-hating, Registered Dietitian, online nutrition coach and mama!

Happy Strong Healthy™ is not your average virtual nutrition coaching practice. It’s built on the foundation that nutrition should not be a source of stress in your life. Food should make you feel good. Eating should be fun. And learning how to nourish your body with a “forever” mindset should be on your to-do list. My life’s purpose is to help you quit dieting and fall in love with the way food makes you feel.

Other than my 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I’m qualified to help you because I was you. I obsessed over “wellness”  and tried every diet. I worked out for hours on end. I hated my body. Until I learned to eat to nourish my body, not to make myself smaller. And to love myself in that process.

    Hey, I'm Chelsea! As a dietitian and certified yoga instructor, helping you to honor your body with food and intuitive movement is my top priority. Together we can uncover the power you already have inside you to help you make life changing decisions for your health! It’s my mission to help my clients see that nutrition is not as scary or one-size-fits-all as a diet culture makes it seem. You can expect thorough support, a completely individualized process, and a high level of authentic encouragement from working with me.

    My specialties include intuitive eating, body image discovery, and overall wellness.

    Hi, I’m Andie! Following my time as a collegiate athlete, I have since been passionate about helping other athletes and those with athletic interests heal their relationships with food and movement! I know what it’s like to feel like your focus has to be on appearance instead of performance. I quickly found out that my body was not going to do very well in my sport if I wasn’t fueling it with adequate amounts of food. My non-diet approach to nutrition means that the ultimate focus is on helping you learn how to fuel and nourish yourself, physically and mentally, instead of trying to achieve a number on the scale.

    My specialities include pediatrics and adolescents, intuitive eating for athletes, and disordered eating recovery.

  • Vickie Klimantiris RD

    Hi, I'm Vickie! As a Registered Dietitian and mama of two, my passion is helping parents learn to nourish themselves and their families with a non-diet approach. This ultimately means that instead of putting you on a restrictive diet, we'll work together to build balanced meals and snacks around the things you already love in a sustainable way! And don't worry, the scale will be nowhere in sight and will never be used as the determining factor of health status.

    I love working with women to help change their mindset by normalizing all foods and break away from diet culture's evil spell! You deserve to eat when you're hungry and eat the foods you love free of guilt. I love teaching people how to build balanced meals that are not only satisfying but fun too! Nutrition should not be about living, not restricting.

    As a Clinical Dietitian for almost a decade, my specialties include cardiovascular health, diabetes, gastrointestinal health/diseases, oncology, intensive care/surgical healing & renal disease.

    When I'm not doing Dietitian things, my time is spent with my family & 2 dogs, traveling, being in nature, and always cooking up a storm!

    Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a registered dietitian, but I also understand the struggle that comes with trying to figure out what is best for you. You are unique and so are your needs, which means you deserve so much more than a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I want to work with you to figure out the best path to your healthiest, happiest self!

    I believe that food and nutrition are a key piece of overall health and wellness, but not the only piece. We’ll work together to find a way of eating and living that supports you and your goals, without allowing food to run your life. I’ll help you learn to work with your body, rather than against it.

    My specialties include intuitive eating, disordered eating, pre- and post-natal nutrition, sports nutrition, plant-based eating, and overall wellness.

  • Shelbi Thurau RD

    Shelbi has been working in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Her work in dietetics has always centered around a food first approach as is evidenced by her corporate career in food retail. Here she focuses on bringing meal inspiration to life for a variety of lifestyles through social media and digital marketing. She believes in helping people figure out not just how to food shop in a way that works for them, but more importantly what to turn those groceries into when you get them in the door. Air-frying proteins, microwaving rice and vegetables and mixing it with a sauce is still cooking and redefining what it means to give yourself credit for cooking is something she is very passionate about.

    Shelbi has been thrilled to combine her dietitian background with endurance sports in a way that promotes mindful movement and intuitive fueling. It is a gift to learn what the body is capable of, but in order to do that you need training plans that fit your unique day to day, as well as a food plan that supports your goals. A certified RRCA running coach, she has run 26 marathons and over 30 half marathons since 2011.

    When she’s not running 26.2 miles somewhere in the USA, she can be found reading or watching football with her corgi Pesto (the food and cooking love is real).

    Hey, I’m Morgan! As a Registered Dietitian it is my mission to give you the care you want and need. I understand that with all of the misinformation out there it can be scary and most often times leaves you lost and confused. This is why I became an RD, I wanted to understand and uncover the truth about nutrition in hopes to help those who are tired of trying to find the answers themselves. I have been in your shoes, and it’s exhausting!

    With me you can expect a non-diet approach to nutrition and I will help you learn how to nourish your body in ways that you will love. My personal training background also helps me guide you to find enjoyable and intentional movement, and will help me teach you how to properly fuel your body for any activity. I want to help you change your mindset so you can live a full and happy life without feeling obsessed with the idea of “wellness”.

    I love to use your current habits and lifestyle as a starting point to help plan and guide changes that are specific to you! No two people are alike; therefore, no two “diets” should be alike.     Hi, I'm Michelle! I know what it's like to let food and your body consume you and rule your life. After years of disordered eating and working to rebuild my relationship with food and my body, I have found peace. As a registered yoga teacher, I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and found the most clarity and transformation through the practice of connecting with my body.

    My goal as a dietitian is to help all people reconnect with their body's internal cues that years of diet culture have turned off. I believe that all people are worthy of feeling a sense of balance and freedom around food. I work with each individual person to overcome their personal challenges and work towards the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

    Going through an eating disorder impacted my life in more ways than one, including loss of period, lack of self-confidence, body dysmorphia, and poor gut health. By persevering through these hardships, I have found joy in helping others reach their full potential through whatever they may be facing.
