I am very sensitive to allergies and if you are allergic, I first apologize, and second want to remind you that you can use these tips for nut-free spreads like: sunflower butter, pumpkin butter and my new found FAVE, granola butter!
I personally am allergic to treenuts so PB is my nut butter of choice and something I am very much in love with.
